morninqq, yupp. went for traininqq. hmm... todaee`s traininqq ishh toughh.? not realli la. challengingg. learnt alot of new techniques. digging, shoulder defence... etc. but todaee must wear knee pac, feel odd at the beginingg,but slowly it kinda disappear from my mind. then, as usual, do warm up. blablabla.... but todaee yashh joined me adn josephinee since she didnt hav a partner. well, 3 of us digging is real fun (: after warmingg up ; usual crapp stuff. we did the digging thingie. ii dunno wads tat. but at least ii did listening adn didnt tio scoldinqqs. hurhurs. then ishh the self-dig and self-set thingie. hmphhs, ii`ve rather self-set then tuu self-dig ii must sayy. ii took a feakinqq long time tuu finishh 5o, 3 sets of self dig. hmm, not verii lonqq la. at least got complete. then todae is the 2nd time im doinqq self-set and ii can do 3o at 1 shot. unbelievableee. ii took a fcukinqq long time tuu be able to do 3o self-dig. ii tink a few weeks or so... and self-dig, supp to be harder, ii took oni 2 traininqq.
